RETURNS

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Shopblackandwhiteremix@gmail.com. Please note that based on your item, you will be directed to a specific address to forward your returns. Returns must not be sent to our corporate mailing address. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back in the original or a box no longer than 108 inches.

Limitations:

A few items can’t be returned, including:

*Gift cards

*Discounted from regular price

*Personalized items

*Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page

*Items purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned) or on sale items.

*Items you have already assembled

*Open Box Items

Free shipping Option

We offer free shipping on some items listed in our store.  If you recieved this free shipping with your purchase,  you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your refund item if it is approved. 

 

Restocking Fee:

If you're returning an item because of a manufacturer defect or missing part, or because it wasn't what you ordered, normal return procedure will be realized. To avoid a 20% restocking charge, all items must be in its original packing with all parts present. 


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You have a choice between a online store credit or a refund to your original payment method or email transfer (minus return shipping costs).

Holiday Return Policy

You have until January 10 to return items purchased between November 1 and December 31.
